Badruka Degree College Vandemataram Youth Front Festival on 9th Jan 2011
బద్రుక డిగ్రీ కాలేజీలో వందేమాతరం యూత్ ఫ్రంట్ ఫెస్టివల్ 9 జనవరి2011న జరిగింది
We are pleased to draw your kind attention to the Swami Vivekananda Jayanti Celebrations (National Youth Day) celebrated by us on 9.1.2011 at Badruka Degree College, Kacheduga, Hyderabad.
Various competitions like Essay Writing, Elocution, Quiz, Poster making, Short movie, Best idea for making youth join Indian Army, Singing and Dancing were conducted for Degree, PG, Engineering and Medical students from 10 am to 3 pm.
Dr. Vani Mohan, IAS, Director of Youth Affairs, Colonel Raj Bhattacharjee, Indian Army, Uma Maheswar Rao, Retd. IAS and Sri Vangipurapu Ravi Kumar, H.R. Consultant addressed the gathering.
A draft report on the survey conducted by VMYF on the opinions, preferences and awareness of youth with respect to Indian culture was presented by Mani Kumar of VMYF.
Swami Vivekananda Young Achiever’s Awards were presented to Dr. Ramesh Sagar, Sri Rajesh, Sri Kishore and Smt Sudharani who did commendable social work.
VMYF appreciation awards were presented to various students Mr. Sanjeev, secretary of planet 3 protection alliance, Omkar of Lead India 2020, Narasimha, secretary of Youth for Better India, ‘Sahaya’ social club of Swami Vivekananda Instt of Technology, ‘Enlightening Lives’ social club of B.V.Raju Instt of Technology and Mr. Sunil who worked for Maitri sanghams.
Later prizes were given away to winners of various competitions.
